Notify Work Authorisation Expiry Status

This document explains the steps involved to notify the work authorisation expiry status of the Employee.

Abstract:

The term "Work Authorisation" signifies the specified date on which an employee is granted permission to work within the company. These dates are determined based on the expiration status of the respective worker's documents.

Steps to follow:

  1. Navigate to the “Check Work Authorisation Expiry” under “Manage I-9 Forms” from the left menu.

  2. On the “Employee Work Authorisation” page, you can search for the employee records using the filters provided and click on “SEARCH”.

  3. Once you apply the filters, the system will display the relevant records. From there, you can choose the employee and simply click on the "Send Mail" button to inform them about their work authorisation status. The Employee will receive the appropriate email.
