New hire password reset
1. If you are a new hire and previously logged in, you can reset the password by clicking on the forgot password.
Note: You can not reset password, if you are already completed onboarding and may require your corporate admin/HR user to reset your password.
2. If you are administrator try to reset a password for a new hire from the view status page using the action tab, click on reset password option.
3. If you are using Single Sign On from your corporate portal, your password cannot be reset, please click on your SSO URL and provide your company credentials to complete your log in process.
